Our custom Texas built ‘pit' is used to cook our meats at a low
temperature for several hours. By bringing the pit to you and using a
blend of hardwoods (not charcoal) we can attain the best quality barbecue.

We use our own homemade spice rubs and barbeque
sauces to compliment our Award Winning slow smoked meats.
